Is this calcium deficiency ?

this is a jack herer been veg for approx 8 weeks just switched to 12/12 yesterday
Coco coir grow fed with cyco nutrients with ro water
ph the water to about 5.8

Checked leaves for bugs and didn't see anything

Yep, you need some cal/mag in there if using RO water.
