Is this cfl method considered "vertical growing"?

So curious if this method has an official name, or is considered vertical growing.

I call it the "red sea". U flood with a sea of red light to your stretched, popcorning sativa-hybrid tree. Like moses parting the red sea, you "part" the branches in 2 lines (or circle if lower branches long enough) Imagine an "H" if you look at your tree birds eye. You then lower your red spectrum huge collection (AH has real cheap moguls) in between the "part"

So this seems to be burning some leaves via trial and error, but my lower popcorns are getting bigger and my unreflected cfls are almost being used 360° as the branches swallow the bulb.

I'm fascinated by how efficient Vertical uses space, I was just curious if this system is akin to that, and effective for similar reasons.

It's definitely three dimensional, even if it isn't necessarily 'vertical', per se.

I'd like to see the canopy developing, do you have more pics?

I did something very similar when growing with cfl. I didn't consider it vertical growing but rather a benefit of having a bunch of little lights to manipulate throughout the canopy. Worked well for me but you gotta stay on top of those lights every day or your ladies will grow into them and burn.
