is this early flower or is it hermied?

So i'm at about 2 weeks into flower and all of my plants are doing great. lots of pistils and bud formation is great. Though this one blueberry by crop king seeds is strange.

It has pistils at all of the internodes where there is that single double calyx. but on top there is tight growth without any pistils what so ever. Reminds me of when I see early male grown. added a pic but the pic isn't too clear. I actually left a cfl in the ten on for two nights in a row, so that would explain why something like that would have happened. the other 7 plants, including one that is nearly done now, are all fine though.

I can't see anything in that picture, maybe need a close up. But at this point in flower is when the calyx clusters are still forming pistils, as it appears the plant has just began forming flowers. The calyx's you see at the nodes are the preflowers that form during veg and the preflower stretch. I would give her a few days and see if the pistils pop out.
