is this enough light

ok so i have two spiral floresent bulbs is this enogh light i staqrted the seeds in some cylinder things and they seem to be growing alright there about 3 or 4 weeks and are about 9 inches high please help asap

get reflectors!!!!! dont waste any light!

what wattage are the lights? That probabaly wont be enough light during flowering.
