Is this 'enough' light ?

Getting things situated in the new basement 'plant' room which is roughly 7.5'L x 6'W x 70"H. I'm planning on utilizing 50-60% of that space for the plants so about a 4x6 grow area. I usually grow 3-4 plants at a time in 5 gallon pots (topped, LST, scrog)..I just switched from blurples (crappy vipars) and purchased a HLG 260w quantum board kit (2 qb304 @4000k), a HLG 135w qb (qb288 @3000k) and a HLG 65w (qb120 @3000k)...so roughly 455-475w draw-is this enough light to make my plants flourish/yield? I also have a shite viparspectra 450w (200watts) i was thinking of using as a supplemental light

20 watts a sq/ft is good for veg but not enough for flower. I like 30 to 35 for a scrog and 35 to 40 for a regular grow.
hmm, so what if I contained the grow area to a 3x3...will the light be the same as if it were in a 3x3 tent? or does the light dissipate since the room is 7.5x6? Maybe i'll just get another quantum board or two once flower comes  i mean i also have two 300w (130w) viparspectras as well but idk if they would be a good supplement to quantum boards

You can make a smaller area by putting up something reflective, but It mostly depends on how far the lights are spaced out. Get a $15 lux meter, it's worth it.

Sure, use the vipars to supplement. With multiple lights, you can vary the light level form one side of the grow to the other and observe the effects.

475w Quantumboard is okay for a 4x 4' area(roughly 30w/sft.) and if you further use your Vipar it should be sufficient for a 5x 5' or 4x 6' area. Get a cheap black and white foil from e3ay or the next grow shop and hang it on the ceiling to form reflection surfaces around your hrow area. It will double the brightness on the sides/corners and it is cheap.
