Is this even possible?

Here's a quick version of my story.
I grew 5 plants in my closet for 2 months, changed the lighting to 12/12, then threw out 2 males when they started to show balls.

Of my 3 remaining females, one started showing balls on only ONE of it's colas...
so I cut that bud off, and watched.

No more balls grew.

So now it's about 6 weeks into flowering and I have one plant, (the hermie) that is definitely developing seeds. They're everywhere...big hard seed clusters. So I can only assume it got pollinated. (by itself or by one of the males I removed)

But the other 2 plants seem to be sinsemilla...no seeds!

Now my question is...
How in the hell can 3 plants be sharing a 4'x2' growing space in my closet...and ONe get pollinated...and the other 2 NOT be pollinated.

Cause that's what it looks like.
And for about a week now I had just assumed they would ALLL grow seeds.

But 2 look VERRY different from the one with seeds.

Am I being to hopeful?
Is it possible that even though they rub up against each other, that they didn't cross pollinate?

I think I have a week or 2 to go...since the trichs are just starting to get about 10% amber.

random bag seed, cfl grow (yes, even for flowering)...um...yeah.

Am I just lucky?
Or should I expect seeds everywhere?
Remember, they're pretty much done flowering. So if it hasn't happened by now (and the one with seeds is literally about to drop them) will it happen? Will my seedless ladybuds stay that way?
