is this fan big anough to cool a 1000 light???

is a 130 cfm inline fan anough to cool a 1000 watt hps light.i was gonna upgrade to a 1000 from a 400 and didnt want to get another fan if i didnt need one.right now the fan cools my tent with just a batwing reflector but the 1000 im gonna have a air cooled hood,then im gonna use the 400 in my veg room

the guy at the hydro store told me that to run 3 600 watt hps i would need one 8 inch fan but then told me that you needed 234cfms per 1000 watts he could be wrong but thats what he told me i hope this helps
