Is this from the heat of my HPS

Two days ago I switched the metal halide lamp out for the HPS and put my plants on 12/12

Today I went to check on them and my star plant looked horrible.

In the pics, are the light spots on the leaves from the heat of the lamp? Right now they are in a tent. I moved the light up some... From the pics, does it look high enough now? Also I only have the carbon filter hooked up to a fan that pulls air out. Should I put a light fan at the base of the tent to blow air towards the top to guard against heat?

As always, everyone's help is greatly appreciated.

no, not burn. look like a defficency or too many neuts. and blow a fan at the light, and get a thermometer, and a hydrometer
