Is This From Too Much Heat?

These are under an aircooled light, but because of restrictions I have to keep it about a foot away from the canopy. Does this look like this is because of heat or too much light? The temp in the room never gets above 80 though I can feel some heat close to the light.

probably not from heat. 80 degrees is only a few degrees hotter than perfect 76. Do you run C02? you can run 85-90 with c02

From what I've read it means they are trying to perspire more. So would improved circulation help this?

No I'm not using CO2. The air temp is good, so could this be happening because they are too close to the hot bulb?

whats your humidity like in the room?, on my first grow i saw this and it was humidity related, as soon as i got plenty of fresh air in they picked up, hows your ventilation?

And I would guess that whatever the problem is, it's just with that one plant, since other plants around it don't seem to have the same problem. Or...if they do, i'm just not seeing it in that pic.

def get fresh air in that always helps and get a cool tube if u dont have one, i have 2 and i have the plants touching them pretty much

def not heat..im in florida and heats a big issue. i got mine at 86 at the hotest time of day and everythings gravy. they just looken a lil thirsty

ya heat is no good unless u are using co2 but i wouldnt let it get that hot anyways its not necessary. fresh air will help alot
