Is this LED Grow Ligh any good?

No the whole unit is probably 15 to 35 watts. If you must go with LED's, you want to go with at very least the 1 watt per led units, so like the 90 led ufos are 90 watts. They now make a 3 watt per led, that is way brighter, but way more expensive too. Make sure you see a wattage rating on any panel you buy. That thing is just pretty, but will do nothing for your plants, otherwise they would have a wattage rating on it. Don't expect to find a 225 led panel of any quality for $90 though. If you just want to spend $90 get a 150 watt hps.

Ah ok, thanks. I was only thinking going with LEDs as I don't really want heat problems as its summer over here in New Zealand, Also thats $90 NZD (New Zealand Dollars) which is 67.3503 USD.

at the very least the description is full of inaccurate information. If a company can't get wavelengths straight, I don't imagine they build very good lights...

Better off buying your weed. At least get a 150w HPS enclosure thats self contained. CAP sells one as do many other vendors, Sunlight systems etc.....
