i'm a regular customer. they are pretty cool guys. he keeps exchanging my burnt bulbs for free.

they are cute though...those little sun system 250's......the little black ballast that barely humms at all.........lol

oh. thats grat then esp since you have stated that it is that faulty timer
you put the face in there and made me think he was kinda rude about it

yea...they feel like......so cheap and light......and so fragile.....this hydro farm..man I could probably drop this ballast on the ground no problem...and the hood is solid...and the socket is a beast...but it has to be to run the h-lux bulbs....

i have to agree there. there reflectors come ready except for insert and bend tabs. lol
ive moved up to a batwing before i rearranged and removed the reflector totally

i went with the sun system 2. it's all enclosed as 1 unit. just plug it in to any 110 outlet. done.

I say phone him. Shouting and screaming sounds better on the phone. Even better is to go to his shop or house, ask personally.

Hanging around doesn't get you anywhere but late.

I got the 400watt 164 package and its been great so far!

anybodys first hid package is going to love it over cfl's

Its my first HID personally yeah. I'm not saying its the its the best by any means but I know the ballast is on par quality. And the rest does its job. I have 3 friends that grow and have better setups and lights but I do have a way of comparing so Im not just making comments out my ass.

i hear you on that one... if you can do business online, then do it online and don't make someone call, there is a reason they ordered online instead of calling the number...

that's unfortunate, I actually used htg for my first grow (which i'm almost done with) because a few people on here recommended them... obviously not you guys..haha.. my experience with their customer service, more specifically Tony, has been limited but very good.. i bought a lot of stuff from them, including a t5 and a cooltube 250watter.. no probs so far.. but like i said very limited..
