Is This Normal?

Hey im a 1st time grower just wondering if my plant is ok as it looks weird but im unsure as to why...
top leafs are really droopy, plant is just over 2 months from germination.
usin 2 x 20watt energy saver bulbs - output is ment to be 100 watt...
any ideas wut the prob is or am i worrying over nothing?

You have done quite well considering your lack of lighting, but I wouldn't expect much more growth unless you up your lights by about 10 times.

ok man thx for the info i thought it mite be the lights but i only had $20 for the whole setup lol but ill definatly upgrade before i do another grow

Try and put some sort of reflector on the lights and move them closer if you can't afford more lights.
At the moment there is only a small portion of actual light hitting the plants, most of the light is going in other directions.
