is this normal?

i am very close to harvest, and i know the fan leaves are suposed to yellow and die off like the 1st photo however i dont think what is going on in the second is normal, the edges of the leaves are turning a dark green colour and becoming very hard, can anyone advise me on what to do?

I stopped fertilizing almost 2 weeks ago, the water is quite alkaline though, do you think this is what could be causing it?

get a scope and check ur trichromes dude thatll tell u wen its ripe

Get your PH right, besides that I personally wouldn't stress too much, i mean the plant is almost done right??, not much you can do before harvest i don't think.
