Is this normal?

Is it normal for newly planted clones to droop?....i was using the stem in water method to root them and they were doing great..second i put them in soil they started to droop.

get some humidity for them like a dome works great. Also anti wilting spray will work too. Yes the droop can happen but you don't want it to.
