Yea and no.
If you're planning to grow huge bushy/tall trees, the space is too little. The roots will get tangled up and the two air pumps probably wouldn't supply all with their needs. The water would be sucked dry by the plants and evaporation. You'd be adding water probably everyday to maybe a few times daily.
But, if you're planning to grow some little nice ones, it'd probably work...still, the space between the plants and roots and all is really small >.<.
Maybe if you grow sativa strains and keep them really small <.<? Not too sure, I'm just a noob!
