Is this plant male or female?

I've been growing these lowryder 2s for about 7 weeks. I've been in flowering stage for about 2 of them because they were supposed to be autoflower but weren't. I still see no signs of budding (hairs?) but this is my first grow so I'm not sure exactly what to look for.

I see no pollen sacs, or sign of banana shaped sacs, so I guess that's good.

From the picture, do you think my 3 plants are male or female (they all look exactly the same). Thank for the help.

Only way i know to till is if its got white hairs coming outta nodes you a proud father of a girl. If its got little balls get rid of that bastard. These hairs or balls will appear where leaf stems seperate from main stem. dont klnow how else to say it

What's up, look up under the leaves and get a pic of the main stem and the internodes, pretty much like what lozac123 said.....

Sometimes a hermie will have white hairs and balls, so you should really invest some time into learning the how to identify males, females and hermies it's definitely worth the research........

Thanks fr the responses guys. I took some pictures of the nodes and where the stems go off the main stem. As you can see, there are zero signs of any pollen sacs. I may see very small white hairs coming out of the main stem, but no signs whatsoever of pollen sacs.

Like GoldenGanja said, these things should have started budding waaaaayyy long ago. They grew nice healthhy throughout their life so far and have never looked bad. The leaves have been nice and green and overall they have been very healthy.

Problem is, they never autoflowered like they were supposed to. I waited 5 weeks cause I thought, "Maybe they'll just flower late" But they didn't.

Now I'm 1 week 6 days into manual 12/12 flowering, and no signs of budding yet.

Could any of the following be the problem:
- vegetative state was long, so it will take long to start flowering?
- the nutes aren't encouraging flowering enough (I've ordered big bud powder from AN, so hopefully that helps)

If they where auto all you would have to do is leave the lights on for 18-24hrs and they would do there own thing.
Look at your branches they are just about to alternate, when they do that means your plant is mature and you can flower anytime after that. 12/12

okay, so should i just keep going with the 12/12 cycle like I've been for 2 weeks, or should I switch back to a 24 hour and let them do their thing?

No leave them on 12/12 they are showing sex so they will be fine. give them 2 weeks of 12.12 and you will see the change.

12/12 from here out, also make sure that you don't have light coming in ! even for 5 min

Ok, if they are autoflowering strain, it does not matter what photoperiod (light regime) you have it on, they start budding around week 3.

The breeders, and my personal recomendation is to start a 20/4 light regime from start to finish, with two days of total darkness right before you chop her down.

I am on my third auto grow, and the longest it ever took to show sex was day 25...and I was tripping like you are too! But 7 WEEKS? That is way to long bro...

Tell us more about your grow? Nutes, type of light, soil...did you get your seeds from a reputable dealer?

don juan, I got the autos from Attitutde seed bank, which from some other people's experience on here I'm starting to think is not too good of a site. Another dude on this site bought feminized seeds from Attitude and 6 of 8 turned out to be male!!! So I'm not sure about this site anymore.

Anyway, Attitude doesn't disclose the specific breeder, which I guess isn't good? Please tell me what site(s) you recommend so I can use that one next time!!! Thanks.

LOL, I'm 7 weeks in. I knew that autos should start flowering early, 20 days or so, but after 5 weeks of 24/7 lights, I saw no flowering!!! i started trippin balls at week 5 when they showed no signs of budding. At this point I switched to manual flowering 12/12 lights and have been doing that for 2 weeks. So 5 weeks of vegging and two weeks of manual flowering. Lowryders are supposed to be small and low, but since I vegged them for 5 weeks they are huge and bushy now, LOL.

Another guy on this site said his autos didn't flower either until he manually switched to 12/12. So I still have hope.


NUTES I USED
I started this grow on an aerogarden using aerogarden nutes. The plants grew quickly and very healthy. I used the nutes from the "Gourmet Herbs" packet, the "gorwing nutrient" tablets. I swear these things gree nice and fast and I never had a problem.

I did try to transfer them to soil 4 weeks in and almost killed them. The leaves drooped and dryed out, so I transfered to them to a huge water tank and continued using the same AG nutes.

Two days ago I added 32 grams of Big Bud powder from Advance Nutrients and I'm hoping that helps.


LIGHTING
The first 3-4 weeks I used the AeroGarden CFL lights which provide full spectrum 3000 lumens of lighting. After I trsferred to tank I used Stealth Hydro's Dual Spectrum monster CFL's which provide around 8000-8500 lumens of both red and blue spectrum.

DO YOU THINK MY PLANTS STILL HAVE A CHANCE AT FLOWERING? I'm thinking it may take them longer to flower since I vegged them for 5 weeks . I'm pretty sure they're female, looking at the nodes.
