Is this root rot?

I am in rockwool is there any way i can fix them before flower?

I'm not real sure how to treat root rot, but these are what you need to prevent it.

Also you'll want to spread the plants out soon or the stalks will get weak from the plants propping each other up. Plus they'll get tall instead of bushy.

You are sitting the cubes directly on a plastic tray. Water is getting trapped and the roots are getting soggy. You need to elevate them. Those baking racks / pans are huge.
