Is this safe to use during flower?

Hi, I've got a thrip infestation in my perpetual grow. Of all the guides and threads that I've read nothing is mentioned about when you can and can't treat your plants. My oldest infested plant is 3 weeks into flower. Is it safe to use insecticidal soap on her?

product details:

~Ortho elementals insecticidal soap
-kills insects fast
-for organic gardening
-may be applied to edibles up to day of harvest
-for indoors & outdoors

Active ingredient by weight
Potassium salts of fatty acids 1%
other ingredients 99%

-DO NOT USE ON sweet peas, nasturtiums, delicate ferns

I know it says you can use on edibles up to day of harvest, but seeing as you WASH most edibles before EATing them, I figure MJ might be a little different.....

All experienced growers please help!!!

I'm afraid your going to get mold if the plant's have thick bud's at this time..You can use the soap as far as the plant is concerned...I'd probably spray with garlic water as they hate the smell and hope for the best... they will leave your bud's looking silvery and open..you could have prevented (Proactive) it much easier. Time to sanitize the space completely and move on. (cut your losses) You can always move plant's outdoor's and see what happen's just ...away from contact with grow room's. Good luck my friend sorry to hear this.

3 weeks into flower is fine. Whatever u use u can spray clean with pure water the next or so after. Spray when lights are out, pref b4 so they can dry thru the day. Neem oil is great BUT DOES NOT WORK on thrips. Remember to spray twice in one week to catch the hatching eggs !! Yuk ~!!
