is this set-up alright?

Hey guys i've only ever done closet grows with a 200W CFL and as all the yield was going to me this was perfect at the time but i go through my yield so quick now so i am now upgrading to a 600W HPS i have done quite a bit of research and just wondering if anyone has the same set up and if i need to add more

Firstly the Grow Box is 100cmx100cmx200cm i will be running a 600W HPS and using Autoflowers for my first grow as a sort of test to see how they do, i will have a carbon filter attached to a 4" inlet fan which is taking the hot air from the box outside i will also have a large fan blowing air from the room (not the box but the room the box is in) into the box so new air is constantly being cycled around

my main question is will my temps be too high, i have seen other options such as another inlet fan with a cooltube but im hoping to stay away from that

Wow talk bout same boat i plant to do the same but honestly i would get an air cooled tube 600 watt with a 6 inch inlet fan and carbon filter because the bigger fan actually has less noise because it spins less therefore it doesnt sound like a jet engine as many 4 inches sound and with a speed control and ducting you should be straight till flower

haha it does seem quite a favored method! and ah that i did not know, the box im ordering is a kind of pick and mix as you choose light set-up, box size and ducting etc so if the larger the fan the less noise the options are ranging from 4" all the way up to an 8" so would getting the 8" set-up be more efficient as keeping the noise down is a top priority

I say 6 is fine with speed controller and fan being mounted on the inside you will barely hear that thing, and if you wanna spice it up for more just buy duct muffler they reduce by like 50%. I didnt know you buying custom box shoot me link if you can as i build my own with MDF wood from Home Depot and i use rubber insulation,hinges and neo magnets surrounding with a lock so that cabinet is tight as it can be. But then i hope to get only 400 wat HPS/MH combo with 6 inch carbon filter PHRESH brand i think is the best. I will make it around 4w,3l,6 high. Issue is i need to find job and make money to buy that shit as its my first grow and i live with nozy landlord so noise is really big concern thats why i put the fan inside the box with ducting,cool tube,and muffler that shit should sound like a fat lady farting under a pillow lol.

its not quite custom unfortunately the sizes range from 60x60x140, 100x100x200, 120x120x200, 200x200x200, but from looking around it does seem like quite a good deal fortunately for me i own my property so don't have to deal with pesky landlords haha its actually an ebay seller who im ordering off and its UK only really

maybe im paying way over what i should be but for the 100x100x200 tent, a 600W Duel reflector, 600W Ballast, 600W Duel Spectrum bulb, 6" Inline fan, ducting, 6" Carbon Filter it all comes to £213.95 and if i knock the fan kit down to a 5" it is only £173.95

I would seriously get the 6 bud u will only regret it later i did bud

yeah i definitely wont be going with the 4 from what ive been reading now haha, im just hoping the 6 with a speed controller is enough to keep the temps in the right place
