Is this soil ok?

Title says it all.

I'm a new grower with 2 small harvests under my belt.

I don't have access to fox farms and other well known soil brands so I got this hoping it would be better than the miracle grow type stuff I've been using.

I bought this because it says it has dolomitic like added for ph and I'm currently having a ph issue.

What other amendments, if any, should I use?

Not 100% on what the dirt looks like but I’m sure it would work just fine. May need to cut it with something to increase drainage.

So let's start by understanding why we wouldn't use miracle grow.
Time released nutrients- specifically nitrogen.
Why don't we want time released nutrients? Because we want to be in control of what our plants are eating in different stages of its development. I'm sure you've heard of NPK
We want to limit the amount of nitrogen available to the plant during flowering. Nitrogen is just great for veg growth. Most these soils contain time released nitrogen that spans over a 6-9 month cycle. But we don't plan on growing a cannabis plant that long in veg right?
So hopefully that makes sense if you read that package it contains time released nutrients specifically chicken liter high in N.
If you really don't have access to a garden supply/ hydro store try home depot. You alternatively can skip soil and go the coco route.
Here are good ingredients to look for
Peat Moss, Perlite, Pumice, Worm Castings, Epsom Salt, Bat Guano, Fish Bone Meal, Oyster Shell Flour, Blood Meal, Dolomite Lime, Azomite, Sea Bird Guano and Diatomaceous Earth.
Stay away from soils that have bark in them as they are very acidic.

I'd add 20-25% perlite to that and go with it.
It's probably got enough nutrients in it for the first couple waterings.

Any black soil will do. Adding Perlite is a great idea. But really as long as you care going to be adding nutrients along the way the soil or even growing medium doesn't matter that much.
