hack, just by seeing the box i know shit about the content, list what is stated on it. like N-P-K and the rest. that would help a bit more.

in general you need a higher N ratio for vegging the plant and a high P ratio to flower it. well, and since this isn't specifically for cannabis grow i would be damn careful with it and won't use it un-pH-ed and only in weak suspension really!

Without knowing more about it I'd say probably not.

That kind of feed is usually in solid granular form which releases slowly over a long period of time and is designed for use outside. What you need is a chelated (water soluble) nutrient feed that can be taken up by the plant roots immediately it's applied - not over a long period of time.
