Is to late or is this the best option

OK day light over here is like 13 or 14 hours per day, and I was wondering If it would be better to put my lil 3 inch pc grow plant out side because the pc grow wont yield much what do u think??

only way to find out is to try, it should start flowering pretty soon after you put it outside though, in a week or so i would guess

any thoughts?
