Is Transplanting Always Stressful?

I've read in numerous places (books, forums, etc.) that transplanting is stressful to the plant. I've transplanted several times now and the plants seem to take off in one or two days, loving the new space. I've never really seen any signs of stress.

I do no stress transplant
I guess I do too. That's the thing, I'm not really doing anything special. Put some coco in the bottom of the bigger pot until the height is right, gently pop the plant out of the old pot, lay it in the new, fill the sides, and water. Never noticed any stress whether I was going from clone tray to pint-sized pot or from 1g to 5g before flower. The plants always seem happy and take off within a day or two.

Thats right do it too early and watch the rootball crumble like a sandcastle this does stress the plant or trying to transplant from a hole to a pot it will be lucky to live.

I found that adding Superthieve(B-1) is very helpful when transplanting anything. Amazing stuff. Peace & Happy Gardening.

no stress here, I water just enough so the dirt don't fall apart. Also use a pot the same size as the one the plant is currently in to make a hole just the right size for the plant.
