Is unsulphered molasses ok?

Is it ok to use 1 Tablespoon per gallon of unsulphered molasses as a supplement in a cfl dirt grow during flowering?

Yes. Black strap is more refined if you can find it or Grandma's if you have that.

Yea, alot of people use it. There are entire threads on it...I use more than suggested, namely because i just eye ball it, but unlike nutes its real hard to overdo it.
