Plants: Don't exactly know the strain.
Growing In: Aerogarden Deluxe

Hello, im new to posting on Rollitup but ive been watchn and observing for a while. Not until about a month ago did me and a friend finally find a way to buy the AG Deluxe. So hello all and welcome to my first grow.

Just got em' planted!!!



After 1 week(a buddy of mine put 2 clones of his girl n the back corners)


Almost 2 weeks


Close up of the one in the back! I will post a pic of the roots they are growing strong and they are bulging out crazy n the sponge! ima proud parent.
BTW my friends clones are shrinking! lol ima bout to tell him to take them out.




Just put a airbubbler in today. And extra lights are otw.

Did you just plop those clones in there?

hey man im in the same position as you... i just brought a aerogarden but the basic one...
are you just using the light that came with the aerogarden to grow your plants?

im pretty sure there just bag seeds from the best sack we cud find. I think he did, or he might have used a root stimulant, i saw that he had some the other day idk if he did. ill ask him.
thank you for ur guide its helped me out alot... any suggestions from your view on things.

and idk but they have gotten smaller in size they are also darker than the other but this may be due to diffrent strains

at the time yes, ive added a bubbler and im about to add 3 cfls.

Lookin great man, are you checcing the pH? seems its a lil high from the pic of the one plant, i would try and lower it, keep us posted

no, i went to walmart today and checked all the local store but they all dont have one with a good enuff scale dto the test.

you can order a kit online, if that is a possibility

Yea its not even 20 buc's including the shipping at amazon, if you get the general hydroponics pH kit, have any local hydro shops?

no, not that i no of. if so itd prolly b to far to drive to.
does a pool kit usual go to the right ph range?

Pool kits do test the pH, but to change it, you need a hydroponic solution, that wont hurt the plants, if you can, i would use bottled water, you can but those gallons for like 1.39 or somthing, usually has a low pH, or let your tap water sit out for a couple days

Alright, i told my friend that it prolly wasn't good for the plants to use tap water straight, becuz i knew water had a high ph of about 7 i think (i had a fishtank). I ended up giving up and saying wth just put the water n.
I have ph up and ph down for aquariums wud this still not be good for the plants?
Also by the ph thing i meant that can i use the ph test kit from my pool, idk what the scales is i didnt no if theres anything i can use to substitute for it. i no that i cant use the chemicals :X lol
Should setting my water out before applying it make the ph right?
and omg ima have to post a picture as soon as i get around to it. I put a bubbler in it and they took off! lol will have a pic up hopefully tonight.

well im not sure on the pH UP and DOWN, google it haha, but i think it might work, cause on one journal, a guy was using fish waster for his plants, but you let the water sit out so all shit in will evaporate, the pH still stay a lil high, but its cleaner for the plants

icic, ill most likely hve some pics up tonight. my plants are at my friends due to there safe there and not exactly at my house lol

At your local supermarket or Walmart they likely sell VISA Giftcards.... you can use these as credit cards online...... but you pay cash for them at the store....


Also... IDK how to +REP either... how do you do it?

Oh and I use the Ph Down from the Aquarium.... I'm 4 weeks in and she's pretty healthy.

Sweet, ill prolly start using it then. I doubt it will kill it before I stopped using it, and i had live plants in my aquarium, and they grew fine.

btw, +rep is the white thing at the top right of each post, if u hover your mouse ovr it. It will say "add to *namehere's* reputation" click it and the rest it simple
