It just stopped growing

New kid here with a Strange, strange, strange problem. I bought a 3-pack of Dutch Passion Auto Duck this past October. I germinated my first 15 days ago, Mar 25th. It sprouted promptly within 3-4 days and opened cotyledons by March 31st. It then grew to about 1.5 cm high in the next couple days with its first true leaves, and then it just stopped growing. It’s been 1.5 cm for over a week now. The leaves are still green but it just stopped. It is on a 18/6 light schedule under an LED grow light. The hemp seed starter cube is nice and fluffy and I believe it’s getting just enough water every other day. Again, the small leaves are healthy and green (oh, purple stem). It just stopped growing. Does this sound like something familiar? I'm open to ideas and suggestions. Thanks

It's approximately 45W Full Spectrum. I started very close (6"), then moved it further away but it should have run cool. Plus I added a small fan to blow across seedling. After 6 days of no growth, I added a 45W fluorescent bulb at 6". That would have been much warmer. It did not change anything. Finally yesterday, I added some water that had been juiced with a couple drops of liquid Miracle-gro nutes. I have not noticed any change yet.

If you wanna use nutrients you can buy from the local shops( your in UK I presume) baby bio and levingtons tomorite are great in a pinch just need to lower dose a little

As above, when plants are small they will stop veg growth above the soil and work on building up roots, as long as it look healthy just take care of it and wait a little and i bet it will start shooting up like crazy.

Thanks all. OK! No Miracle-gro! I hear ya. Thanks. Fortunately ( I hope) I only used a couple drops in a cup of water so shouldn't have too neg an impact. OK, So the consensus so far seems to be, "be patient" and possibly buy a better grow light.
BTW, I'm in the USA.

What do you think about this light? It's only 300W which calculates as plenty for my single indoor plant.

Is the 18/6 light timing right for a seedling of this size?

I would give seedlings full 24 hours and switch to 18/6 later veg then 12/12 bloom

All of those purple amazon lights are really kind of crap.. BUT they do work and are cheap.. if it's what you can afford then there ya go Eventually save up for a nice quantum board though (at least that's what i like)

I would make sure you humidity is around 60 - 70% during this stage as the plant absorbs most of its water through the leaves while the roots are growing!

I don't have much control over humidity. Would it make sense to keep the seedling under a clear grow dome of some sort to increase humidity? Maybe a large bowl with clear wrap over the top?

no because when its time to take the domes off , your air may be too dry to compensate. Leave them be an water less. Whoever says weed dont like miracle grow has no clue what it is and should not be commenting on it. Food is food ....they dont make special weed food. (they are too young for any food right now)

Easiest way to control humidity is with a good humidifier and an inkbird humidity controller! You may also need a dehumidifier also! If growing in a tent this works very well! I only ever use a dome for cloning but I am sure it would probably work for seedlings too! Be careful though because the dome will amplify your lights and may burn your plant

I know this won't be popular, but my tents are in my basement at 50-55% all year and i never use a dome or add humidity...
