FDD was right! My backyard soil has better plants growing in it than high-grade soil from the store. I practically didn't feed any nutes (organic or synthetic) for my plants and they've grown real good. I didn't even water the last 2-3 months. Pics after some minutes. Immature bud porn coming soon.

Incredibly enough, marijuana was around and thrived in nature long before your local grow store was established.

no water..... no nutes... only means you had good soil and rain.

I am on the same boat as many here... Not a big fan of insecticides or more nutes then I feel ok with.. this year compared to last year is a better improvement..

I grew in larger pots
used super bloom + molassess for soil
Re used the same soil (with composted material and some ammendments)

spent under 300$ for my grow this year

and most of all... I learned a ton from last years eff ups and posting and talking to the folks here..

here is what I dont under stand yet...

back in the "Just say No" hayday of the 80's the crap weed (and I am sure it was 85% shake and stems and maybe 15% small lil popcorn buds)
I used to get got me pretty high... I smoked so rarely back then I assume this was one reason.. but I stopped smoking about age 22 (20 years ago) and then started about 2 and the weed I smoked 2 years ago... never hot me like it did at age 22 or so..

and back then it was still about 5$ per joint and now still about that price... (the cheaper stuff..)

wth?

Firstly, while weed is basically the same price today as it was back then, it is not the same value. In inflation adjusted dollars, it is significantly cheaper. Weed exists in the freest of free markets. Free markets exist to produce better quality products at lower prices, due to the intense competition among suppliers. Indeed, if it were not for the legal status, which commands a hefty premium (relatively), weed would be dirt cheap. Now, it is the case that dispensaries and the like are able to maintain high prices despite the quasi-legal status in certain regions. That is easily explained by one word: diversion.

I think what you mean is that weed really hasn't gotten as alarmingly strong as our dear government claims but is relatively the same? :blsmoke: Yeah dirtweed is hella strong due to the same genetics fighting it out year after year -it is only shit if you grow it like a piece of shit lol

Ok then I want all the weed I can get for 20 bucks an oz. Thats what we paid in the late 70"s. To say it has not risen in price is just plain stupid.:dunce:
