its gonna freeze!

i live in northern colorado and the first frost date is supposed to be around oct. 10th. my northern lights just started to flower a few weeks ago and i dont know if its gonna get finished. what do i do if it does freeze? leave her out and if it does freeze just go chop her (will there be any harm done?) or chop her if i think its going to freeze (risk her not finishing?). im sorry its my first grow and i dont think shell be done in four weeks. here is a full body shot of her and her top bud.

If the temps get that low, go out and put a garbage bag over her for the night.

Yes. Do it every time the temps get down to freezing or lower.

what do ya think ull yield off of her? looks nice..what strain?

no idea... i was hoping for 4 ounces but have realized that its not as easy as you think to get massive amounts! maybe 2 or 3... first grow though so im not a good yield guesser! any ideas or guesses for me?

Ok here is another question . It will make frost with temperatures above freezing somewhere around 34--36 degrees will just frost hurt your plant or does it have to be below freezing.Yes I know cool temps arn't good but how low can the go b4 it does harm ??

Yes. Frost will hurt plants. Put a bag over it when the temp gets low enough for frost to develop.

Looks like she really needs some nitrogen.

How long has she been in flowering? Do you know how much longer until the choppin begins?

she started flowerin about 2 weeks ago, maybe 3. sorry, i was keeping better track of my other babies when she began. im guessing about 6 more weeks... unless it starts getting too cold. i dont have a greenhouse to put her in so i might have to chop early. that would blow but i have no other choices.

you really think ill only get an ounce from her? that kinda makes me sad but i guess i can only hope for more.

and yes ill add some nitrogen to her right away. thanks for the suggestions.

you guys should check out my journal and leave any more suggestions. im a first timer and could use any advice you would like to give me!
