For the record: the report leads off with the statement that the president is NOT exonerated by this report.

Barr is using a very limited definition of obstruction in his letter to Congress.

The next things you'll see are Congress using their subpoena power to get the full report, and Mueller and Barr both to testify.

What's more, SDNY still has 9 ongoing investigations into Trump and his family and businesses.

He is by no means out of the woods.
Prosecutors don't exonerate, they only prosecute. CNN having a difficult time with that today too

He was a investigator. He could exonerate him for obstruction just like he exonerated him on the collusion, but he didn't.

But none of it is any real surprise. Everyone has been saying for over a year that Trump has far, far more to fear from the SDNY investigations than he ever did from Mueller.
