Orsm grow man! just wondering how deep do you fill your tray with the hydroton before you put your cubes on top?
also how high should the water level be when watering? thanks in advance

Hey Kovo, I put the 6" cubes in first before filling in the trays with hydroton about 2.5" deep all around. I water two-four minutes at a time and the levels rarely exceed the hydroton. Hope that helps. :bigjoint:

CB, thanks for stoppin' by the ol' journal. I think an attic can do wonders if [environmentally] controlled properly. Plants are plants no matter where they're growing; you need to make sure the air and soil temps are around 75f at the most, and continue from there. If you have trouble keeping those afore-mentioned things at about that level, new and potentially hazardous deals will arise. Attics like to cook, plants do not. ;)
