except for the fact that a commercial property cannot be occupied as a residency without the proper certificate of occupancy...........so, no, that won't work. no one wants a full on grow house next door, not even most of us, including me. this is medicine, not a business.

I don't see the big deal here, minus the dispensary thing, which was already decided for us months ago.

edit......a little after thought of this brings the thought to mind that a homes basement's square footage is NOT included in the total unless it has a walkout or an emergency exit big enough to walk through.......so.......I would argue that whatever you do in the basement is not affected by this law in any way, at least as it is written in the m-live article that Abe linked.

Any ordinance that restricts patients or caregivers beyond the MMMA restrictions will not hold up.

^ha, that's why I keep having two posts, one after another, because I can't edit or rarely can quote another either, it keeps changing.. the editor. f'it, but I can't even add smilie-faces rt now. someone should bring a case against the city council, but I think I'll hold off on buying in Jackson for the moment. That H420 guy seems to have nice things to say about Brighton...Awesome Koi though! just have to keep looking for friendliest' areas. But I always also liked the cliche, a place is what you make it.
