was pulled over last night..

charged with misuse of marker plates, driving w/o insurance, failure to pull to right side of road

these are all the lowest class misdemeanor i think

however, they do allow for up to 90 days imprisonment and 1000$ fine. (minimum of zero days and 100$)

i've NEVER had a problem with the law before, and i was not actually arrested. cop just had my car towed and had the driver drop me off at my house

as a first offender, i know its technically possible i could go to jail. Realistically though, what will probably happen? (i'm in CT btw)

also, how long before my baggie comes out the other end? lol

any help greatly appreciated

Your fine, you will more than likely have to pay a couple hundred dollars in court cost and tickets and possibly comm. service but no jail time. Best of luck!

priors make all the difference man they really do, if you have none you wont go to jail most if not all of the time when it is a non-violent offense. max penalties for traffic offenses are there for a few reasons 1.) when the ticket is combined with a dui, the judge wants to be able to throw the book at you 2.) as a scare tactic "i can go to jail for driving improperly? fuck that, i like my freedom" 3) people with lots of priors
