just read the thread man its lookin good for all the issues and stuff, our grows are kinda similar. Right now ive got 10 - 2700k - 23w CFL's in a 24x15x42 box, i too have had heat problems for the past month(whole grow). but my temps are around 78-86(for now, its still cold outside like 40 F and i keep the room the box is in at like 68 F and that was 18/6 lights and today i switched to 12/12). i have 4 - 4" fans blowing directly on the CFL's(one at each end of a row of 5 lights) and a 8" fan blowing under the plant, and a mini tower fan blowing up from the bottom, i have 3 120mm - 180 cfm PC fans at the top back of the box for exhaust and 1 120mm 80cfm PC fan at the bottom for intake, but right now i have to have the door of the box open like an inch with a fan blowing towards the cracked door(Great stealthly grow with a box that looks like the damn sun is trying to escape) or else it too gets to around 91 F even with all the fanns and air flow. im trying to find a solution for the heat and my only solution is running a hose from my A/C to the box for a cold air intake basically. i havent done it yet, cuz i dont have much of a smell yet but i know i will soon and i need to shut that door. i too wish i would have just gone with a 200w CFL with a hood and stuff, Still thinking about getting one and rearranging the box one day before its to late. bummer right? lol, though I did smoke a chillum of a lil bit. Like 3 good hits and i was BLOWN. Lol, I could for sure tell that they could have gone 2 more weeks, it was a real upper high, kinda energetic, I also noticed it kinda crept up on me. I took 3 hits and didn't dare take more cause I know that with only 3 hits, being skinny, and not having smoked in months and months that 3 would get out of my system pretty quick. I didn't feel stoned for like 5 mins maybe more, and was started to get disappointed but then WHAM, lol, blown. So i don't know if it's cause the trichs were like 1/3 amber 2/3 cloudy, or maybe that's just how Bubblicious is. But that's how my bud turned out. The buds are pretty sparkly, with yellow hairs all through-out, with a light bubble gum smell. I can also see what ppl mean when they say that CFL's produce lighter buds. When I was looking at them all finished and dry I thought I had a couple of ounces at least. But I just weighed them out and it turned out to only be 30 grams, roughly 1.6 ounces. Was hoping for more of course but i'm not dissappointed at all. And considering everything i struggled with i think it all turned out pretty good. Here are some pix.
