This is a medical grow and therefore somewhat legal... I guess. Maybe.
Anyway I got 9/10 germ by 3/6 and planted in 1/2 gal pots of FFOF, 20%worm castings, and 20% perlite. I culled three laggers as I am a law abiding citizen and the limit in CO is three flower and three veg per patient. The three best went onto 5 gal smartpots and the other three (indica pheno) stayed in the 1/2 gal. (I like sativas!) Then they went under a 400w MH for about three weeks. Then for some reason I switched to the 400w HPS till I saw some stretching and I reverted to the MH, and added four daylight cfl to slow the stretch. I am using Botanicare - now at 15 ml/gal veg and just introduced molasses @ 1 tsp/gal.
There are a few nine leaf fans showing up and some indications of sexual preference. I think by next week we'll go to flower.

The five gal pots really make a difference. If any of those are male I will have to pull them and replace w/ fem. If I get three fem I will clone and then repot to the five gal. The recent growth amazes me.
I think it is starting to get out of hand! These plants are perfect.
I have four phenos; 3 sativa and 1 indica. I topped them ala Uncle Ben and thanks to him! I plan to harvest at the early peak cause I like the high fly soaring creative fx. I just got the radio shack magnifier for trichome eval bla bla bla...

Any tips or recommendations are gratefully accepted. I grew once before in a phototron (20 years ago) but I want to learn how to do this well. I am hoping for 6-7 zips with three plants. I have always been under medicated and this will sure be weird to have more than a 1/8 of ? at a time!
