I relented on the ovo-lacto issue at the urging of my kitchen manager. He said it would attract more business and he was right.

In other words, yes. The milk is genuine, although there is plenty of soy milk here.

Scrambled egg (or tofu) sauteed in butter (or oil) with torn strips of corn tortillas, diced onions, sliced chile peppers, diced fresh tomatoes, spices, and cheese (regular or soy).

Served with salsa and pico de gallo.

Sorry. This establishment is vegetarian. I relented on the ovo-lacto issue for business reasons.

We do offer Light Life Smart Bacon. No dead hogs, but it's pretty good.
