Jumbo airliner with 5 jet fighters flew by

I've read about it/seen pictures and know that there are a few possibilities, one being terrorist threat assist or the President (but wasn't blue, all white and a touch of gray from ground view) or something else altogether.

The jets were flying EXTREMELY close! Crowding it in and out on both sides and as I mentioned 1 possibly above, unless a flap was out but no smoke.

Heading north east...
