Jumping white bugs with runoff. What are they??

When I first started my worm boxes I had a big case of springtails, I added diatomatious earth after they infected a couple of my pots when I added the worm casings to my soil, they disappeared, like everyone says they are harmless in small numbers, but they are also a distraction and always on my mind, rather not have any creepy crawlers in my indoor planters,, once conditions in my worm bins were stable I never have had and issue again, they thrived when I had too much fresh food and moisture,

I just started flush with new produck Komplete, and am seeing the little white bugs. My whole grow ive never seen them. WTF?
ANY 1 know what they are? They are moving around a bit.20220403_171432.jpg
