Could i use these nutes in a dwc set up? Also would i need any supplement nutes? This will be my first attempt at hydro, i have recently orderd some autos to have a go with. I havent tryed these type of phenos yet(autos) so im hoping for good results. Also would it be so bad to to run my hydro without any type of meters(ph.ppm.ec)? Thank use

Plus rep for the best answere!!!!!

looks good to me. I don't think you want to use organics with dwc. You need ph strips or a ph pen. and calmag plus is always good to have on hand if you see any leaf problems.

I think your good bro I looked up some dwc grows with autos. some people are doing well under a 20 on 4 off light cycle. they take about five weeks to start flowering.

I'm planning on checking out jungle juice for my hydro, right now I've been using general hydro nutes. If you are using RO water, you should definitely add some calmag before adding your regular nutes. Look into lucas formula which is 5ml micro / 10ml bloom for light strength and 8ml micro / 16ml bloom full strength. It's nice because you only have to use micro and bloom for the entire grow. Jungle juice will work well doing it that way. Also if you use that formula and do res changes you shouldn't technically need any meters, although I'd still recommend at least a ph meter so you can make sure to keep it around 5.8. I like to ph to 5.6 and not touch it till it climbs to 6.3-6.5 so plants have a broad range of nute uptake. A cheap tds meter would come in handy also if you plan on just topping the res off. For me hydro is still easier to manage than soil, mostly because of the lucas formula.

Jungle juice would be considered your base nutrients. The 3 part line up is a must. You will want to supplement with other additives through out your grow cycle. So you might want to get a few other products. Bud candy, big bud, overdrive and b-52 and maybe some benificials like voodoo juice. When doing hydro ph and ppm monitoring is a must. So you will want to get a Meter for that. Because the roots are in the nutrient solution and not a growing medium, there s nothing to help buffer your ph. Best of luck

I add 1/4 tsp/ gal of an over the counter bag of supplemental fertilizer. 10-54-10 or something. Works great for me with general hydro micro and bloom.

Yea, Jungle Juice has worked great in DWC for me, in the past. I'm still using it as well... It is a good idea to get some cal-mag though, even using de-chlorinated tap water you will still sometimes see calcium or magnesium deficiencies and test/adjust your pH. I use the whole 3-part nutrient (Jungle Juice), additives are not necessary, but they are helpful. I've been using only AN's JJ and Botanicares CalMag with a bit of SuperThrive (whether it's "snake venom" or not, I don't care- it seems to help plants to me) and a couple drops/Gal of H2o2 and see very lush, healthy grows. I'll get one posted up later so you can see Jungle Juice in action, D.W.C. style.

hey there XTCLOCSTAX. i'm new to the forum and on my 4th grow cycle. i want to veer away from soil and DWC seems very simple. what i want to know is how do you feed with Jungle Juice trio? the label seems kinda confusing. thanks a bunch bro

This is all Jungle Juice here, DWC tote with Dinafem Critical + mother (front) and a Nirvana Northern Light mother (rear.)
Critical & NL Mommies.jpg

The label is quite confusing and their website says something completely different. What I do is convert the chart on the back of the label into gallons. 1 liter equals about .26 gallons I think, then you can divide/multiply from there to fit your grow. That's if you go by the bottle.
What I use: (in mL per Gallon)
Clones/Seedlings: 5 micro, 5 grow, 5 bloom
Vegetative cycle: 5 micro, 15 grow, 10 bloom
Flowering: 5 micro, 10 grow, 15 bloom
I also add 2 drops per gallon of peroxide (optional, helps prevent mold and funky smells and supplies oxygen/hydrogen) and get amazing results. I have had to use CalMag once or twice but other than that the Jungle Juice leaves my girls looking very healthy green withouta single burnt tip or yellow leaf/deficiency.

Dwc is simple, but is the best hydroponic system for yield. Commercial growers don't use it because it's a little more work but it's well worth it when you're growing at home & you have a little more time to spend on each plant. DWC (or RDWC) all the way baby!!

("Fogponics" is probably a little better but is far out of a normal growers' price range.)

So it sounds like jungle juice is a winner. Just got some for my hydro set up. Doesn't seem like theres a lot of people using it very hard to find reviews on it.
Sounds like it does the job, so Ill give it a shot.
