how far should a 600 hps light be away from top of plants and can plants in the flowering stage recover from being under watered?

Place your hand at canopy level if the light feels hot then it will be too hot for your plants. When it is comfortable for your hand it will be fine for your plants. Recovering from a dry spell depends on how long they were left neglected for. Don't overcompensate as too much water is as bad as too little. Just give them the normal amount that you would have always given, and you should be fine.

i grow in coco i tend to judge when to water by weight of pot and i feed till water comes out bottom of pot how would i no when to water noob question

question about Advanced Nutrients what would i need to grow i mean anything i need from start to finish?

I use Big Bud in flowering from advanced nutrients. I also use Rhino Skin, but I think that stuff is more useful for outdoor plants in non-controlled environments.
