I just came from my trip from nashville sucked nobody has buds but anyways
my mom cut the lower leaves dont know why my mom thinks she knows what shes doing how do they look?

they are stretched....you need the light closer to the plants...other then that they look fine

They aint too strenched, His mom trimed the lowers, check out the stubbies.

Still, they look all good

What your mum has done is an old trick to try to get more to growth to the top budding areas.
Many people do this,your mums trying to help you.
Your lamps are to far away from the top of your plants though.

man your mom rocks. maybe shes tryin to get more bud to share. i say help her out and move the light closer.

They are stretched a wee bit - what lights are you using ? I presume thats a grow tent - whats the size of it ?

they are quite stretched still...

im using a 400w hps 18inches away from tops with a 20 / 4 cycle
the growroom is is 4x4x5 1/2 wooden shack with house insulation
just to put a door was a problem since its cramp up im my backyard
the entrance is not air tight but it stays warm

gotta love my mom

the light shud be no more than 10 inches away matey

Thx speedhabit. She has been a bitch though...givin me lots of problems...lol, i did top her though when she was about 3 weeks old...which at that point already had 8 nodes...what i think is also funny is that i am using cfl's...and alot of people diss them...i am so far though having great success in the growth though, just have to make sure that you use enough light, i have 7 cfl's powering her in a very small space wrapped in mylar and a good strong fan at the lights to keep them cool.

can anyone help me on this how much longer should i veg, pics are on first post didnt keep track of days for veg just kind of move plants in

If they were mine i would lower the hps to 12" away making sure that a good fan is blowing on them and the hps and add a couple of fluro tubes or cfls in the blue spectrum range real close to them and veg them for another 4 weeks.
I would also fimm them or top them at least once to make them stockier and fatter

would a 150watt mh work ill post a pick later of it

More light the better. You will want to veg untill your plants looks fuller and has ALOT thicker stems, or else there just going to fall over.

also another problem i had was i have no fan guess thats why they havent thickend up just put one in
oh and can i mix the spectrum during veg

I just type quickly check my spelling for great mistakes using firefox auto checker and move on
I didn't even know what i was doing was called fimming before i came to this site even though i have been doing it for years.
We just used to call it "topping the fuck out of them"
