Just found a male in my garden for the first time,

I was looking through my plants, checking up on things. Well, theres always been this one plant, that totally outgrew the rest, and FAST. I've always known it was a male. Then I have 3 little stout bushes. I have a feeling these will be my girls. But about the male, it hasnt been switched to 12/12. Is it normal for males to show little sacks in 24/0 ?_?

They always seem to show first so it's possible.

yes males and females can show sex before flowering is intiated, its pre-flowering sexing, they are indeed pre-flowers

After I found that, I went and checked out all my plants ( 4) and three has pistils showing already, and one I cant see anything on it. >_>
