holy fucking shit is about all i can say about that. i was just sitting here playing xbox and all of a sudden my low back hurt and it spread to my side in about 30 seconds and then after about a minute i could barely move. i had to call my sister to come and save me lol.

i was at the god dam hospital for 7 hours, morphine didnt do a fucking thing for me other than make me sick. the CT scan they did showed 6 more stones in my kidneys....yay!

the dr i had was a complete idiot. he was convinced it was just a crohn's flare and he didnt believe me that it felt nothing like a crohn's flare, i mean seriously, i have crohn's flares monthly so i fucking know what they feel like. so anyway i had to fight with the doc to get him to test my urine and when he did...guess what...there was blood and crystals in my piss....kidney stones! so then when he came back in with my test results he said, "its kidney stones just like i thought." the mother fucker didnt think that, i did, i gave him the idea. then i had to fight with him to give me pain meds to take home in case it happened again, i told him i cant take vicodin and what does he give me...vicodin. when i told the nurse to go get the doctor because i needed a different script she told me that the doctor left already. also, my white cell count was at 23 (it should be no more than 10), white cell spikes are normal for me since i have crohn's and i told the doc that bactrim is the only antibiotic that worked for me, well he didnt like that either cuz he gave me some shit about how bactrim wont work in this spot and blah blah blah, then i said, "well you really dont know shit because the last 3 times my white cell spiked bactrim was the only thing that would take it down." then he said ok, ill give you the bactrim...and the mother fucker never did. tomorrow the hospital will be getting a very detailed complaint about that doctor. oh yeah, while i was at the hospital i heard a man yelling at the same doctor. the man said, "ive been here for an hour, im in extreme pain, just give me something for the pain! do you think im an addict?" the doctor was also hesitant to give me pain meds when i first got there...he must think everyone is an addict..

not to worry though, im goin to see my regular doc tomorrow and she loves me, she has no problem giving me what i ask for. anyway, just wanted to rant a little bit about the worst doctor ive ever had, and over the years ive had quite a few doctors. now its time to roll up the fattest fucking joint ive ever smoked...and im gona pack that bitch with a lot of dry sift hash.. :blsmoke:

man, i didnt read your story very far cuz i dont really wanna know any more about it but damn, that sure as hell must suck. I had my gallbladder removed cuz i had a huge amount of gallstones, they were gonna try some other stuff but the doc told me flat out that the chances the pills or any of that stuff would work out was just about 0%. I'm so happy i had gallstones and not kidney stones. Well, best of luck on that all. To bad you couldnt get that guy from the green mile to come over and grab your *junk* for ya.

dude no lie, that EXACTLY what all 3 of my doctors said about mine. some showed up in a CT scan about 2 years ago. they all said nothing to worry about, very small, probably wont pass blah blah blah. start taking precautions NOW dude, do your research and do whatever you can to prevent them stones from passing.

yea first doctor told me to drink lemon juice, second doctor wanted to give me colonoscopy never went back to that guy, few other doctors suggest differnt things, i've actually seen my scans compared to regular stones and there right there tiny tiny and deep in tissue, they said they can brake them up with sound when there bigger, but till then its a waiting game.. i dont really wanna play it though cause only way i'll know is to pass one.......

I wasn't so lucky. Mine was lodged in my urinary track. If you don't pass them, does it cause permanent back/kidney pain?

well if you have pain that means you've started to pass it or they are moving around and im sure if you dont finish passing it, it could cause lots of problems, not just pain.

sounds like my doctor tonight. i had to insult him to get him to do something. i had to do the same thing when i went into the ER when my heart was skipping beats. the dumb bitch didnt believe me so i asked her what her GPA was in college and that pissed her off enough to put me on a heart monitor...she about passed out when my heart didnt beat when it was supposed to lol.

you just gota know how to work doctors. by nature most of them think we are all fakers just looking for drugs or hypochondriacs, or its just gas. just piss them off enough to want to prove you wrong and you'll usually get your way.

was just goin over the discharge papers and here is the list of meds they gave me...which did nothing.
the ambulance drivers gave me 5mg of morphine. made me feel like i was floating but did nothing for the pain.

then at the ER they gave me:
20mg of famotidine - which treats ulcers and acid reflux, the doc gave me that in case it was a crohns flare.
1mg of hydromorphone which i read is equal to 4mg of morphine.
then i was feeling sick, so they gave me some Zofran - anti nausea meds used mostly for chemo patients.
then they finished me off with 30mg of Toradol which is an NSAID. shortly after that i passed the stone.
next time they are gona have to shoot me up with some better shit.

who fucking says that?
My mother has had 5 children including myself and she gets kidney stones rarely, she told me it was true the pain of passing a sharp jagged stone hurts more then birth.
I also have kidney stones =D 8 years and counting.... I remember peeing almost straight blood once, looked like cranberry juice. Oh and also you are going to start passing scabs :D they look like jelly balls but there filled with blood.

I pass rarely now but almost everyday I feel lower back pains that shoot to my bladder.

I remember the doctors giving me morphine... Omg it was like i was floating on a cloud watching the stars as i drifted off into la la land. i <3 morphine
