Just planted, is it too late to flower?

I found some seeds that i had reserved and decided to sprout them and threw them in the ground about the first week of August...some plants are growing a 3rd set of leaves (not counting the round first growth).

Is it possible to get something out of them or is it too late? Should i add vegging nutes or go stright to flowering?

This is in SoCal btw.

You will probably get something, don't count on much though. Flowering nutes for sure.
