I just put my plant into flowering 12/12, I only have one female in a closet set up, IV used three 23w with 5000k n each daylight bulb puts out 1600 lumens. Now I know I should change my bulbs now that I'm in flowering, cuz there daylight bulbs. What is the best cfls I should use? Warm, cool, or should I keep my three daylight bulbs n add a Kelvin 55er or idk. Any advice On what I should do with lights will b very appreciated.i know I wanna go to 2700k for flowering but does that mean I should add those or replace my daylight with a warm and add more lights.

Your best bet would be to replace/add/supplement some cree LED bulbs in those fixtures. I've recently found that mixing spectrums seems to have boosted my yield by mistake. Added some cfl and LED bulbs in a fixture because I wanted some heat and as a side benefit they boosted my yield in my breeding tent. 2700k, 3000k, and 4000k or 5000k with about 40% 2700k/40% 3000k/20% 4000 or 5000k would provide a nice spectrum mix. The LED bulbs will fit right into any fixture you have for cfl's too.

thank u, so def replace the daylight bulbs n add some led lights, then add like two more cfls at 2700k ? Is that a warm bulb or cool bulb ..... Should I find the bulbs at 2700k with a red color to it ,??

Keep what bulbs you have now at 12/12 and add some 2700k bulbs....leds or cfls ,it doesn't matter.

ok cool so, I dnt have to take my daylight 23w 5000k ,1600 lumins down, just keep those n add like two 2700k bulbs ? I see people have red or blue CFL lights, should I find those? Or should I get soft white or warm or cold bulbs , what is the best for flowering, and the daylight bulbs that I have now will b ok to keep during flowering ,just as long as I get 2700k

With cfls, always add light, don't take any away:)

Just to clarify.......DO NOT USE THESE!!....colorcfl300.jpg
Here is warm 2700k(red) on the left and daylight 5000k,6400k (blue) on the right.

I use my lights at about a 3:1 ratio of 3-2700k and 1-5000k 23w bulbs for flowering and the opposite for veg.GL
