Just scored an HPS400 for about $95 dollars

Scored myself an hps 400 for about 95 bucks. It looks like the htg model, and I already have the 250 from htg. I can veg with the 250 and my 35000 lumen enhanced blue 250 bulb, then flower with the 400 and only have to run it 12 hours, which will be using less than running the 250 24 hours. Now I finally have everything i need as far as lighting goes. I am thinking I can get the halide conversion bulb for the 250 and get 20,000 lumens of proper spectrum light for veg with it, and flower with my 400. I am a happy camper.

So, this post was just to tell us what a bargain you got?

Uh, yep. I've seen many a more meaningless posts on this forum. If you typed a response to all of them like you did mine, you would write the equivalent of a book a week.

is it that deer to get an hps in the us?? as you can get a 400w setup in the uk for £40 of ebay??????

Thats what im saying....You can get it for $119 brand new "with bulb, and warranty" from HTGsupply plus shipping, so if its $95 shipped with a decent working bulb its not too bad of a deal. I got my 400w with the conversion bulb from HTG for $185 shipped, and that was one of the best deals i could find at the time...

They are coming down in price you can get digital switchable 400 units for under $100 new online. I grabbed my new 600 watt digital units that are switchable for $115 each shipped.

..in my part of the World thats a good buy....my 1st 400w just bought for $100.00..a want add in the newspaper .....would have been $125.00 but bulb was cracked ..an a bud lent me another for free..the want add guy said he had 9,,,,9 in the 1st place an I was the last person to buy the last 1 Damm missed out by 2 days on the rest

Yes, I got the entire setup, bulb, reflecter, everything as it came from HTG. I saved about 40-50 dollars. That's why I was so excited.

check it out,,, they arent pretty but they work fine. and for less than 100.00 for a 1000 watter its hard to beat. ive got 2 just like these ive been useing for more than a year now.
