Damn D you're right, those trichs on that Peyote are LONG as a motherfucker! Looks awesome!

You said it was a small yield, but about how much would you guesstimate? I've repeatedly observed (through personal experience) the frostiest/strongest/best plants are the ones that yield the least. It's a cat and mouse game I guess...trying to bump up the yield of these plants without sacrificing potency...

Jerry - i never weigh my shit just smoke it ,it was a half jar yield
im not sure if i agree that all small yields are super duper shit
but bubba was small and it kicks azz this is bubbas sister a dirct sibling

i was told by Rafa Martin that he orignaly planed them to be fems but an occasional male showed up so he changed them to regs
id like to get hold of a male for when bubba is back in stock at the doctors place -this should make a good night time smoke like bubba - id like to cross this wit bubba k in the future -see where it goes

Bill- im changing my hat as well no longer all white all the time
im gona use a leapard or rattle snake print in black an white like you

i s on its way already 4 sativas i started in flower at 4 internodes all but the last one it had 2
i plan to use Karmas Biker Kush pol on
next lineup is
super lemon haze -front right
acapulco gold -front left
red dragon- rear right
destroyer -rear left

I think low yielding strainss are the most potent...
Og is definately proff of this to me...

This may also just be a result of bad penetration...
Some of the homies tend to only get there best off the small bubba indica types... due to indoor growing perameters...
I sometimes notice that ive made ran the same cut 3 different times.. and the same stain usually triichs up more on the smaller one than the bigger ones... so i try my hardest to keep them under 3 1/2 feet ... i think its just influencing the indica ,,,with the lankiers stuff....

just my 2...

ps the peyote looks dank.. nice work

That AG is towering over the others :) Is that a Barney's Acapulco?

If so yours looks like a more indica pheno than the one i had. At least the leaf shape anyway.

Cant wait to see how these ladies turn out.

I germed a SLH once, but killed it in seedling stage.

Bill-yeah Barneys AG
i have seen leves get thinner after mid growth
all seeds germed same but the destroyer
first did nothing and i started another

rest i did on my new vertical germ in the cd case
left them till seed shell came off at a little over two inch taps
then i red cuped them and left for about 4 internodes then into the light
so -they started the same had diff levels of activity on each step

we will see

Cheese -

maybe you got sumtin there -your the third person to say that

Depends, sometimes low yield is due to the grower, not the genetics...

I have seen the same strain, same cut, grown by 2 different growers, and have seen the yield, final product come out terribly different.

Edit: Not to say that either of you two is a bad grower. Quite the opposite actually.

I was just speaking in general terms...

I think there is no way you can pull out a plants full potential on its first run.

You have to learn each plant individually, because they are all different. Unless you are working with the same clone over and over again, there is no way to guarantee that every seed is going to grow the same. You have to figure out what each individual plant likes/ and or dislikes, and once you have them figured out, you can maximize their potential.

I love the new and exciting that comes with seeds, because you dont know exactly what your gonna get. Its a tradeoff I guess.

i agree fully. the ladies im in tune with always do the best, new strains take me a lil second to learn. i believe thats why people think clones are better.

peeps differ
sum dont like challenge sum do
sum cant handle

sum want the security
i get bored
an i have a experiment going on top of the diff in the plants
so i guess i like challenge
and i can ecept the fact that you not gona win them all

for me long term even a loss is a win
cause i walk wit sumtin - not to repeat
that is a short term loss
and a long term win

first time you trip over rock- mistake
second time you trip over same rock -stupid
