Just wanted to share something that happened to me or a recent on-line purchase. I ordered part of my FF trio from http://www.plantitearth.com/
When i received my package i opened it and to my dis may it was not what i ordered. I had ordered the Tiger bloom from them and received Big bloom instead. So i contacted the seller about the issue.
.....All i can say is that i will continue to purchase my products from this company as long as i grow.
The customer service was amazing, they acted with urgency and with in an hour and a half i had a tracking number in my in-box. Needless to say they let me keep the bottle of big bloom for the trouble. Even after offering to ship it back.
