No, if you are talking about growing your plants. Each red card is allocated 6 plants. You can grow them OR your caregiver can grow them. You can even each grow 3, but collectively not more than 6.
Yes if you are talking about buying meds. If you possess a red card you can BUY from any MMC, Caregiver or anybody that will sell to you, even the neighbor kid.
The SELLER is the one at risk in this situation. If you are not listed as their patients, the there is exposure for the seller. Unless you dealing with a licensed MMC, then you can buy from any one of them that you want to, without changing anything regarding your caregivership.
