looks like cal/mag def. Get some epsom salts and do a TBS per gallon of water and water with that. Also you may want to slightly raise (or better yet re-arrange your bulbs if possible) your bulbs. The edges of the leaves near the top of the plant are raised bc its a bit too hot. If you can I would say hang those 'in line' with the plant
