Grape ape has started budding today but we will list her as week one tomorrow

Dang i should had got a pic of grape ape (stupid mosquitoes)

pics look wet because of fog, but I still watered them today with a mix of expert gardener 10-15-10 and monster bloom 0-50-30 plus other micro nutes. Is it bad to water on foggy days? i.e 90% humidity. I hope i have not screwed up
